TRE®

We are all wired physiologically, the same way ancient cave men and women were. When they faced a danger or life threat such as a tribal enemy or saber-tooth tiger, they would either fight or run away to survive. After the event, the stress was over, and they would continue with their lives.

However, in our modern life and work our dangers and threats are continuous. Our brain and body have not learned to cope with this continual stress that puts us in continual survival responses. We find ourselves in a constant state of fight/flight or freeze to cope with our daily stressors. This would manifest in the anger, frustration and bodily pains or withdrawal states mentioned above.

I would like to introduce a tool that can assist, TRE®, which stands for Tension and Trauma (Stress) Releasing Exercises.

  1. You can book a FREE online consultation to find out more about TRE®.
  2. In-person TRE® sessions can only be booked between 09:00 and 14:00 every day.
  3. In-person Exercise Training can be booked anytime from 06:00 to 09:00 and then from 14:00 to 18:00 every day.

Exercise Training

As a Sport Scientist [BA (HMS)(HONS) Sport Science] and a TRE® Provider, I craft exercise programs designed to optimize our body functions. Avoiding placing the body under stress, to set off the fight/flight or freeze responses.

I use the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to create lasting and sustained changes to your body and life.

    • In-person TRE® sessions can be booked on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00.
    • In-person Exercise Training can be booked on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00.
